Modeled on a universal idea of putting both a visusal and functional metal element only where it is needed, the Ames door is infinitely versatile in color choice. Integrated with visual style is a durable real metal edge that will last a lifetime in a well used and loved kitchen.

Known for generations since its widespread use just after the 1940’s, plywood takes the performance of a natural material and improves it by cross-laminating the grain of the veneer core. Exposing this structural feature, the Bergstrom door is strong both physically and visually. Mating it with a solid laminate face allows one to reap the benefits of incredibly durable surfaces also born in this era.

Laminate has come a long way and we continue to proudly offer this door that has held up tremendously over the decades. By far the most cost-effective and durable product we make, our in-house laminations are done by hand with a white glue, insuring longevity ( a unique process in the industry). Our classic and one of the widely misunderstood products that we offer.

Part of our gloss finish Contemporary offering, the Lexington door has a deep luster that is continued on the face matched 1mm edgebanding. Sourced from Europe, color and pattern are sophisticated and unique for the person who wants to really make a statement with their kitchen or just go with the classic white gloss.

Thermally fused laminate is a very affordable material that can be used in your less public locations. Perfect for a laundry room or garage, this door is always backed up by a Cory-made cabinet box. No corners are cut, it is built to last, but will not break the bank.

Always on the lookout for new materials, we sourced and starting making this door ten years ago. Just now being recognized in the US, this door is a cost effective alternative to veneer that has better water resistance but all the character and variety of real wood. With a perfect balance of textured grain, the natural look and feel is often copied but never as nice as our Machi door.

With reference to mid-century modern furniture, our Nantucket door has passed the test of time year after year. The 1/8″ solid wood edge adds a thin line of detail to an otherwise simple modern door. Veneer framed in solid wood, perfectly engineered to give life and longevity to your kitchen.

Available in both high gloss or a satin finish, the Stella door is your go to for the standard flat painted kitchen. Our outside edge options let you customize this otherwise simple door to get the exact amount of additional detail required. The Machine Edge (ME) or the 1/8″ Radius (ER) will give you that super crisp look or just the slight soft edge you are looking for.

Desire: Linear pattern, consistency, but with the knowledge that you are using a natural material. Solution: Reconstituted veneers. Rapidly growing farmed European species that have been laminated and re-cut so that the variation is minimal. Modern but with that hint of natural character. Truly a future classic and a great alternative to exotic veneers.

Our love of materials that are true to their purpose and not purely decorative is one of the founding tenets of our business. Honesty. With its cross-laminated thick three ply core, the Zeuli door is plywood on a whole different level. Worried about thin veneers no more, the 1/8″ top and bottom are the same rapidly growing grass that forms the core of this door.

Much like many things of a hybrid nature, the Zheng door combines two unlike materials to form a “better than the sum of its parts” final product. The structural and decorative exposed bamboo edge is sheathed in a laminate of your choice, allowing design flexibility but staying true to the core ideals both literally and figuratively.

The Amesbury door has a very shallow depth (1/8″) panel that casts a minimal shadow. Often used with wider rails and stiles, this door is a great way to highlight the natural variation found in walnut, cherry or ash.

With set specifications this door is a classic in its proportions and needs no customization. With a 1/4″ set back panel and one piece construction this is a solid mainstay at Cory Manufacturing.

We call this Enfield, but if you ask anyone it would be categorized as a “Shaker” style door. Five piece construction with a 3/8″ setback panel, this is one of our most popular Transitional doors. Also available in MDF center panel, or full five piece MDF construction for more stability against seam fracture and water resistance.

One of our most contemporary Transitional doors. The “double-step shaker” as we often refer to it has its roots in a shaker simplicity but adding one more level, albeit, still square and austere, to bring sophistication to your eclectic interior. Easily mixes with more modern handles and finishes in the kitchen.

The slim border of Halifax implies a faceframe cabinet while maintaining the large open expanse of veneer to highlight the natural beauty of wood. Walnut, white oak, or cherry with a clear natural finish  work best to fully expresses the grain and color. A legacy door from the Imperia line of cabinetry, this product has been in our family for a long time and continues to be a timeless classic.

Looking for a shaker style door but want a more durable and softer edge detail? The Montclair door with 1/8″ radius inside profile is up to the task and will not let you down for years in your kitchen.

A middle depth recess panel, the Morris has a deeper shadow line than the Amesbury, but not as deep as the Enfield. At 1/4″ this is often a nice balance for a Transitional kitchen with a shaker style door.

While a big fan of a robust product, we know that sometimes the budget requires some finessing. With a standard 3/8″ set back panel and no raises available, this 1/4″ plywood center panel door gives you the look of a solid wood center panel but with a slightly lower cost.

Often one difference between fully custom cabinets and a manufactured product would be a thicker door offering. Our Palmer door gives you the shaker look but with a 1″ door frame for a more robust and solid kitchen. Close the door and feel the weight and rest assured that it will feel that way for the lifetime of your kitchen.

Inspired by the designs from the Art Deco movement, the Phoenix door adds an additional set of steps to an otherwise simple door. Think Empire State Building or Chrysler Building and nickel plated hardware.

The wide bevel on the Sonoma door combined with the 1″ thickness makes for a serious and at the same time slightly more decorative door. Available in all our standard species, this door is at home in an American Four Square, Craftsman, or Cape Cod style residence.

A five-piece wooden door with a fine, gentle bevel for subtly transitional kitchen.

Based on the inside profile as the starting point for all our five piece framed doors, the Ashfield’s profile is a timeless Ogee Edge. Combined here with a Presidential shaped raised center panel, this Maple door finished in a Colonial stain works with a traditional leaning design but tempered by a more contemporary wood species.

The Belvedere door is a single piece routed MDF core, combined here with a warm Cadet Grey Colourtone finish. Framed with an Beaded outside profile, this example is framed with 2-5/16 Rails and Stiles.

Serious and quiet as a library or reading room, The Bennington door pulls all the elements of history together with material, finish, and design. The Beaded inside frame opens up to a shallow flat panel, then becomes highly detailed on the outer edge with the Half Bead profile. The shallow frame depth requires that a Reverse G Cove profile be used to insure the stability of the flat center panel.

We categorized this door as Traditional but as you can see in this example, the Loudon door with its 1″ thick and 3″ wide rails and stiles is both clean and heavy at the same time. The 1/2″ Reverse G Cove center panel and Machine edge give you a very contemporary design that is sure to have staying power in one of our favorite species and stains. Walnut and Manchester stain are a great combination that will warm even more over time as it ages.

Traditional style at its best. This door uses a Step and Round Over outside profile to balance the same inside profile that defines what we call the Madison door. The Slant Raise keeps things simple and pulls the surface of the center panel flush with the outside 2-5/16″ frame. Lining up well in choice of species, the rich and characteristic Alder is finished with an Autumn stain to solidly state that this door is serious and stately.

The Piedmont door has similarities to the Madison door but brought to a more subtle level with the Chesapeake Colourtone finish and single piece routed detailing.

We keep our cutters sharp for the Regency door with the Louis XIII center panel and Elite inside profile. If detail and multiple facets and forms are your thing, this door is definitely one to consider.

The deeper Beaded Whitman door allows you to use a more decorative center panel and this Half Bead panel is mixed with a matching outside profile. Available in all our standard species, this door is shown in classic Cherry with a Ginger stain.
